Hi, I'm Olivia!
I’m a firm believer in long walks, enjoying the sunset, reading “just one more chapter,” and always saving room for dessert.
My Story
I didn’t grow up with a strong understanding of what balanced, nourishing eating looks like. While I enjoyed a wide variety of foods and was always open to trying something new, much of my day-to-day eating revolved around convenient, highly processed options and frequent snacking that lacked the balance my body needed.
My own journey into nutrition began in high school, when I started experiencing chronic health challenges—persistent fatigue, brain fog, and ongoing digestive discomfort.

After working with a functional practitioner who took a deeper look at my health, I discovered that chronic mold exposure, hypothyroidism, and hormonal imbalances were at the root of my symptoms. From there, my healing journey unfolded and I faced many obstacles along the way, including struggles with severe acne, histamine intolerance, and gut dysbiosis.
Early on in my journey, I worked with a nutritionist who introduced me to anti-inflammatory eating. As I began meal planning and adapting recipes to support both my own needs and those of my family, I realized that nutrition wasn’t just part of my healing—it was my passion.
Today, I combine my personal experience with evidence-based strategies to help others make sustainable, effective dietary changes that support long-term health and well-being.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Colorado State University and my Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. I am currently an intern at The Nutrition and Herbal Collective and a candidate for the Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential.
